• Account information you provide when you sign up — name, email address, and workspace details.
• Connected platform data. When you connect a social media account (for example, an Instagram Professional account linked to a Facebook Page), we access the data you authorize through that platform’s permissions — such as your account/page identifiers, profile information, the content you ask us to publish, and basic publishing/engagement metrics.
• Content you create in NashirAI, including drafts, media, captions, and scheduling metadata.
• Usage and device data — log data, approximate location derived from IP for currency and localization, and similar technical information.

• To provide the service: generating, scheduling, and publishing content to your connected accounts.
• To display your account, pages, and publishing status back to you.
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the platform.
• To communicate with you about your account and the service.

We use data accessed through connected platforms only to provide and improve the features you use, in accordance with each platform’s developer terms and policies (including the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies). We do not sell personal data, and we do not use platform data for advertising profiling.

We share personal data only with:

• The social media platforms you connect, in order to publish the content you direct us to publish on your behalf.
• Service providers (for example, cloud hosting and infrastructure) that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
• Authorities where required by law.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed, when you disconnect an account, or when you request deletion, subject to any legal retention obligations.

You can disconnect any social account at any time from your NashirAI settings, which revokes our access to that platform’s data. To request deletion of the data associated with your connected account, you can:

• Email us at the address below, or
• Remove the NashirAI app from your Facebook/Instagram settings. Meta will notify us, and we will delete the data associated with that account and provide a confirmation you can verify on our data deletion status page.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
